WINNABLE CANDIDATE???

Ever since sa posted sa punya posting ckp, watching Malaysian politics is akin to watching Hindi movie, ada juga orang tembak sa.. Haha!..

Sa selalu tingu Bulletin Utama TV3 walaupun sa tau TV3 mo kasi budu sa saja. Sa slalu senyum kalu the PM of Malaysia says, “any BN candidate who wish to stand as a candidate must be a ‘Winnable Candidate’..”

Lepas tu, Winnable Candidate mcm jadi MANTRA pula for every BN Sabah component parties to claim the seats currently held by SAPP… Semua pun cakap ‘we have a winnable candidate in accordance with the PM’s aspiration to enable BN Sabah to once again govern the State’…

Puii… Tamaha …

So, you will field an incompetent candidate just because he is loved by everyone?

Worst, a ‘sleeping’ candidate who can’t perform at all or one who practice corruption/cronyism?..

You see, Hindi movie always star a macho looking guy who can beat 20 gangsters alone.. Well, he is a winnable candidate for the beautiful, sexy heroin..

Yes, I know there are criteria needed to be fulfilled during the selection BUT using that terminology ‘winnable candidate’ shows just how desperate UMNO-BN is that they have to say it to whole world that they’ll do whatever they can to stay in power including fielding an incompetent candidate as long as he/she is a winnable candidate…

At least, gunalah the terminology ‘a competent candidate kah’, ‘a visionary candidate kah’, ‘a principle-centered candidate kah’ or ‘a no-nonsense candidate ka’ instead of ‘a winnable candidate’.. We are trying very hard to lift our standards here, for goodness sake!.
